Design details focused on DFM strategies and assembly methods that ensured a solid construction and quality product. Circuit board and electronic integration was included in the development process and reduced our client’s development time to market. Keeping files parametric further improved downstream implementation to manufacturing.

An appearance model of the final design was created for engineering and client evaluation. All parts were finished with material, colors, and textures to reflect the finished production model.
