Initial concept sketches focused on implementing the Quad-Grip® handle with the addition of materials that provide interest and tactile properties. Designers identified polypropylene, copoly and TPE for the soft grip. Designers and engineers worked with manufacturing to identify the chemical properties and manufacturing methods that would yield a secure bond between the materials. This was vital to the quality and performance of this product.
