Starting with competitive research, our development team fully evaluated the competitive Mow-N-Vac® units as well as our client’s units to fully grasp the application and use of this product. Through our in-depth evaluation, we were able to get up to speed quickly and look for areas of opportunity from a new perspective.

A competitive analysis and online research for other related product categories suggested possible crossover features. The current Mow-N-Vac® unit was assembled and we documented the process to identify areas of opportunity.
