We incorporate user validation and human factors research in order to understand individual or social behavior as it relates to product interactions and how form and function will play a role to achieve the pinnacle design for our client. We use human factors to test and validate operational performance and safety.

As part of this process, we build full-scale prototypes of our design concepts. This activity allows our team to test ergonomics and features of the concept designs and discover problem areas that will need to be adjusted before going any further in our development process.

Product concepts are later tested in a quantitative study to understand which features and concepts resonate most with the users.
