We use surveys and web-based research to gather quantitative data about market trends, target consumer segments, the retail landscape, and what consumer’s desire in the product category being studied. We also conduct a product and competitor overview to identify existing product offerings and the likes and dislikes of what is already on the market.

The study of this information leads to a more sought-after design for our client. It is an indirect way of finding out details about the user and the product category.
