Our Strategic Design Process (SDP) is a collective brainstorming effort that seeks solutions. Team members develop personas reflective of target user groups. From these personas, as well as the patterns of behavior observed in our research, our designers create scenarios that imagine a future workflow consumers will go through while using the product or service.

Ideas generated throughout SDP sessions are organized into buckets that make up the combined product features. Solutions are then evaluated by the collective team and ranked to determine user benefits, marketability and manufacturing feasibility.
