Our engineers and designers are experts at creating complex surface models in either Pro/Engineer or SolidWorks. Using CAD programs, surfaces are carefully constructed to be robust and parametric.

Detailed part drawings, exploded views, and bills of material are also created from the finished CAD database and used for communication with manufacturing vendors, and as a quality control document for finished production.

The CAD database is used to create rapid prototypes to better visualize the design, perform test simulations, such as FEA or mold flow analysis, and resolve problems early in the design process. It is also used to create photorealistic renderings and animations that are used to further communicate design intent for marketing review and manufacturing.
